Gray Ratsnake (Pantherophis spiloides) with its tongue out on a rail fence in Murphy's Point Provincial Park, Ontario. COSEWIC has designated the two Canadian populations of this Canada's largest snake an Endangered species (Carolinian Population) and Threatened (Great Lakes / St. Lawrence population).
