The Grand Hall in Toronto Union Station in downtown Toronto, Ontario, Canada (the biggest train station in the country) has a coffered vault ceiling of Gustavino tiles and a marble herringbone patterned floor - the building was was designed in the Beaux-Arts style by collaboration of the architects Ross and Macdonald, Hugh Jones, and John Lyle. It opened in 1927 and designated a National Historic Site in 1975 and is still used as a transit hub by VIA Rail, GO, and the Toronto Transit Commission
